Reflection, in your own words.
A structured interview with a quiet, patient AI that asks the questions a good supervisor would ask, then turns your answers into an audit-ready Word document. Built for nurses, paramedics, physios, OTs and every other regulated clinician, across the NMC, HCPC, GMC, GDC and GOC, carrying CPD audit anxiety into a twelve-hour shift.
Particularly useful if you are dyslexic, autistic, ADHD, or simply tired of staring at a blank page after another rough day. The interview pulls what is already there. You speak. We type. Prefer to talk it through? Tap the microphone on your phone keyboard and answer out loud.
How it works
Bring a moment
A handover that did not sit right. A decision you keep replaying. A near miss. Anything you would talk about with a trusted senior.
Talk it through
The interview asks one open question at a time. Description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion, action plan. It never writes content for you. It only asks.
Audit-ready Word document by email
When the interview decides every dimension is well covered, we structure your answers into a Gibbs-format or NMC reflective account Word document with a non-removable AI-assistance disclosure footer. In your inbox in seconds.
Four safety gates.
No other reflection tool has any of them.
Every other tool on the market takes what you type and turns it into a finished reflection. If you paste in a patient name, it goes straight into the output. If you contradict yourself, it picks whichever version sounds better. If you describe genuinely unsafe practice, it polishes it into a professional-sounding paragraph. Reflectory does not work that way.
PII pre-screener
Every message you type passes through a separate AI safety screen before it reaches the interviewer. Patient names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, postcodes, ward names, full colleague names: all blocked instantly. The message never reaches the interview. You get a clear explanation of what was caught and a prompt to rephrase without it.
Fail-closed design. If the screener is uncertain, it blocks. Your patients' details never enter the system.
Contradiction detection
If you say you gave morphine in one answer and paracetamol in another, the interviewer will not quietly pick the version that reads better. It will ask you directly: which one actually happened? The reflection cannot be finalised until contradictions are resolved.
This is not a grammar check. It is a clinical accuracy check. A reflection with contradictory clinical details is worse than no reflection at all.
Unsafe practice flags
If you describe something that raises a fitness-to-practise concern, such as working while impaired, falsifying records, removing controlled substances, or bypassing clinical pathways without justification, the interviewer will not ignore it. It will ask you to engage with what happened and what it means for your practice.
The interview will not let you finalise a reflection that describes serious breaches without any evidence of insight, accountability, or a plan to change.
Blocking gate
When the interviewer identifies a serious concern, it sets a blocking flag. This means the interview cannot be marked as complete, and no Word document can be generated, until you have addressed the concern directly. Not with a quick apology. With genuine engagement: which standards were breached, why it matters, and what you will do differently.
In testing, a clinician who described attending work hungover, falsifying an ePCR, bypassing chest pain pathways, and removing Entonox from an ambulance was held at the blocking gate for seven consecutive turns until they demonstrated full accountability and a specific, time-bound action plan.
And the output is disclosure-clean.
Every Word document includes a non-removable footer disclosing that AI was used in its production. This aligns with the HCPC, GOsC, GOC, GPhC, RCVS and GCC joint statement on AI in health and care education (February 2026), the RCGP guidance (January 2026), and the FPM position statement (April 2026).
You stay accountable. You stay the author. We just hold the pen.
Every other tool writes for you.
Reflectory is the only one that interviews you.
There are several AI reflection tools on the market now. They all work the same way: you give them some notes, a voice recording, or a few bullet points, and the AI writes a reflection for you. The output sounds like AI because it is AI. Reflectory is fundamentally different. It asks you questions. You answer in your own words. The output is yours.

Interview, not generation
No other tool asks you questions. They all take your input and generate text. The result reads like AI wrote it, because AI did. Reflectory captures your actual words and structures them. The result reads like you, because it is you.
Safety gates protect your registration
If you accidentally type a patient name, it is blocked before it enters the system. If you describe something unsafe, the interview will not let you skip past it. No other tool checks what you are writing for clinical safety, contradictions, or identifiable information.
Disclosure-clean output
Every Word document carries a non-removable footer declaring AI assistance, aligned with the joint regulatory statement on AI (February 2026) and the FPM position (April 2026). No awkward conversation with your confirmer about whether you used AI. It is on the document.
Twenty minutes. One reflection. Yours.
Your first reflection is free. No card required. After that, £5.99 per reflection, £24.99 for a full NMC revalidation pack, or £29.99 a year for unlimited HCPC CPD.
